Cristina Hsieh, CCIM, brings a uniquely diversified and international perspective to commercial real estate. Before launching her real estate career, she spent more than a decade in the consumer electronics industry—an experience that sharpened her business acumen and her ability to navigate complex, high-stakes transactions. Today, she specializes in investment sales and leasing of industrial and retail properties throughout Southern California, with a focused presence in Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the rapidly expanding Inland Empire. Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and Spanish, Cristina serves a diverse range of domestic and international clients, combining multilingual communication with cross-cultural insight and deep local market expertise.
In 2019, Cristina joined Sperry Commercial, establishing an affiliate office in Ontario, California—strategically located at the gateway to the Inland Empire. She has since assisted local and international principals in establishing operations and acquiring commercial assets across the United States. Her experience spans the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial properties, including warehouse and cold storage facilities, as well as retail investment sales and tenant representation. With a deep passion for brand development, she also advises restaurateurs and food and beverage operators on strategic site selection, market positioning, and portfolio expansion. Her results-driven approach and unwavering commitment to client success have earned her a strong reputation as a trusted advisor throughout the region.
Cristina holds a Master of Legal Studies with a specialization in Business Law from UCLA School of Law, a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, also from California State University, Fullerton. This interdisciplinary academic foundation equips her with a sophisticated understanding of the legal and financial dimensions of business strategy and investment, enabling her to provide clients with well-rounded, strategically sound guidance. She also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, one of the most respected credentials in the industry. Active across the global CCIM community, she is a member of the CCIM Greater Los Angeles Chapter, the Southern California Chapter, the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association (AIRCRE), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Since 2023, she has also served on the Board of the Center for Real Estate at California State University, Fullerton.
